4. Client Responsibilities

- Missed deadlines due to client delays
- Non-compliance with immigration requirements
5. No Guarantee of Outcome
While we strive to provide accurate advice and professional assistance of the highest standard:
- Visa grants, refusals, processing times, and conditions are entirely beyond our control
- No assurances, warranties, or guarantees are provided regarding approval, timelines, success rates, or specific results
- Immigration laws and policies may change without notice, potentially affecting applications in progress
- Any estimates, timeframes, or success indicators provided are indicative only and based on current information
- Each case is assessed on its individual merits by relevant authorities
6. Fees and Payments
Service Fees:
- All professional service fees must be paid as agreed prior to commencement of work
- Fee structures will be clearly outlined in your service agreement
- Fees are non-refundable once services have commenced, except as expressly stated in writing
- Payment plans may be available subject to prior arrangement and approval
Additional Costs:
- Government application fees, visa charges, and processing fees are separate and payable directly by the client to relevant authorities
- Third-party charges including skills assessments, police checks, medical examinations, translations, certifications, and courier services are the client’s responsibility
- Educational institution application fees are separate and non-refundable
Payment Terms:
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, and other approved methods
- Late payments may incur additional charges and may result in suspension or termination of services
- Outstanding fees may be referred to debt collection agencies
7. Intellectual Property & Website Use
